At Klock Beauty, we love giving back to the people who support our brand. As part of our commitment to creating a rewarding customer experience, we conduct a monthly appreciation drawing for eligible customers. The following outlines the terms and structure of this program.
1. Drawing Overview
Each month, ten (10) customers are randomly selected to receive a full refund of their qualifying purchase made through Klock Beauty.
Selections are conducted privately and at random by Klock Beauty. Winners are chosen internally, and all selections are final.
There is no publicly announced date or time for the drawing. Winners are selected at the sole discretion of Klock Beauty.
2. Eligibility
All customers who place a qualifying order through www.klockbeauty.com within the given month are automatically entered into that month's drawing.
• One entry is granted per order
• Multiple orders may increase chances of selection
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older
Customers must reside in a country where Klock Beauty products are available for purchase and shipping.
3. Notification & Claiming
Selected customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout.
Refunds will be processed directly to the original payment method used during purchase.
Klock Beauty reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of selected participants prior to issuing any refund.
4. Terms of the Reward
The reward consists of a full refund of the selected customer's qualifying purchase order.
• Refunds are limited to the value of the order placed through Klock Beauty
• Shipping costs and taxes may or may not be included depending on the payment provider’s refund capabilities
• Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the original transaction method
5. Additional Conditions
Klock Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the monthly drawing program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
This program is void where prohibited by law.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Information collected during checkout (such as email address and order information) may be used solely for the purpose of administering the monthly drawing and communicating with selected customers.
No public announcement of selected customers will be made unless explicit consent is provided.
